This time around, I did the tests in the afternoon as opposed to early morning. (Graveyard shift is a bitch.) And I have to say, I’m happy with how the shots came out.
The really big issue is the amount of shake on the camera. It’s only about nine ounces which means stabilization is going to be an issue. A tripod is needed for sure but I may need something for shots with movement and my old Stedicam rig may not cut it unless I can find a counterweight that’s only nine ounces.
If anyone has any ideas for an inexpensive Stedicam like rig, feel free to leave a note in the comments.
